The applications were submitted, the one-on-one interviews were completed (Thank you Zoom!), and our first Meet and Greet was held at the Creamery in Rushford, MN. We ate pizza, played a few games to get to know each other, created our schedule for the year, and planned our Destination Trip for Stillwater, MN. We were so lucky to have a gorgeous summer day this mid-June for these 3 gorgeous ladies from Harmony, Rushford, and Chatfield, MN. We took advantage of the sunlight at our farm, near Lanesboro, MN for our very first photoshoot of the year. I was so excited to share my love for horses with the Spokesmodel team! My heart melted as I went through this session trying to pick my favorites.  I grew up riding Buddy, the buckskin gelding on the left (in the first photo). He took me from the Fillmore County fair, local SEMSCA and NBHA Shows, to the State 4H Horse Show and then our UWRF College Rodeo team. He is now living the good life, retired in our pasture. I will forever cherish the memories he helped me make while growing up. The middle buckskin is Diva, the mare that I ride now. She’s an absolute angel, going from not being ridden more than a few times a year while we were having babies, to being pulled out of the pasture this spring and told it’s time to start showing again. Last, but not least is the red roan on the right, Jett. He’s my dad’s old roping horse and one of the good ol’ boys we can trust to put any of our kiddos on. A smile comes across my face every single time I see my daughter jump on and lope away with him. I hope you love these images as much as we do! Let me know in the comments below – do you show horses?
