Coming to Lanesboro, MN and looking for a great restaurant to enjoy? Scott, Angie and family from Pedal Pushers won’t let you down! Not only do they work with real food from local farmers, they even got me to taste (and enjoy!) a delicious plate of brussels sprouts after photographing their menu! That was a win in my book. After loving their veggies, there was no question that I was going to love their main dishes and desserts. They serve everything from burgers and fries to homecooked chicken pot pie and salad and rice bowls.
