Locations + Timing

When it comes to where and when, there are a few specifics. Golden hour will always be the most flattering time for natural lighting when taking outdoor photos. If you book a portrait session, I highly recommend the Fall, but if you’re thinking of a cap and gown, Spring is the best time. 

Let’s talk about backdrops. Places with greenery, lush gardens, brick walls, urban areas, and open spaces like farms are classics. We can also find fun backgrounds at the school, museums, buildings with unique structures, the airport, your church, your favorite fast food joint, or a place you hang out that embraces high school for you.
